Moderate Flood Warning For Wallam Creek And Flood Warning For Mungallala Creek

MODERATE FLOODING OCCURRING ALONG WALLAM CREEK AT BOLLON
 Moderate to locally heavy rainfall observed across the Wallam and Mungallala Creek catchments last week has led to creek level rises and flooding.
 A moderate flood peak has been observed along the Wallam Creek at Bollon early Monday morning, where the creek level may fall below the moderate flood level overnight Monday.
 Further rainfall is forecast from the middle of the week, which may cause further creek level rises.
 The situation is being closely monitored and forecasts will be updated as required.

Wallam Creek:
Moderate flooding is occurring along the Wallam Creek.
The Wallam Creek at Bollon peaked at 0.75 metres around 06:45 am Monday 31 March and is currently at 0.74 metres and steady, above the moderate flood level (0.70 m).
The Wallam Creek at Bollon may fall below the moderate flood level (0.70 m) overnight Monday into Tuesday.

Mungallala Creek:
Elevated creek levels are occurring along Mungallala Creek.
