Australian Government Bureau of Meteorology, National Water Operations Minor Flood Warning For The Tully River Issued at 09:56 AM AEST on Saturday 07 March 2026 Flood Warning Number: 3 MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT EURAMO Moderate to heavy rainfall recorded since Thursday afternoon has resulted in river level rises across the Tully River catchment. Minor flooding is occurring at Euramo, with a minor peak likely during Saturday afternoon. Further showers and storms are possible over the next few days. This warning will be updated as required. A Flood Watch is current for most of Queensland. Tully River: Minor flooding is occurring along the Tully River. The Tully River at Euramo is currently at 6.05 m and rising, above the minor flood level (6.00 m). The Tully River at Euramo is likely to peak near 6.30 m Saturday afternoon, with minor flooding. Flood Safety Advice: Don't drive, walk, swim or play in floodwater because it is dangerous. Stay away from flooded drains, rivers, streams and waterways. Obey road closure signs. Plan ahead so you don't drive on flooded roads. Check the ABC and local media for updates. The situation can change quickly, so stay informed.
