    Warning for the following areas:
    Pilbara, Gascoyne, Goldfields, North Interior, South Interior, Central West and Central Wheat Belt
    Cancellation for the following areas:
    Eucla
    
    Safety Advice::
     Severe heatwaves can be dangerous for many people, especially older people, babies, children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, people with medical conditions and people who are unwell.
     Seek a place to keep cool, such as your home, a library, community centre or shopping centre.
     Close your windows and draw blinds, curtains or awnings early in the day to keep the heat out of your home.
     If available, use fans or air-conditioners to keep cool.
    
    Maximum temperatures in the low to mid forties, reaching the high forties over the Gascoyne until mid week. Overnight minimum temperatures in the mid twenties to low thirties.  
    
    Extreme to Severe heatwave conditions across areas of central and inland WA will persist until the weekend and extend further north. Low intensity heatwave conditions will extend to southern WA from mid week.  Locations likely to be impacted include Canarvon, Coral Bay, Dalwallinu, Kiwirrkurra, Leinster, Meekatharra, Mount Magnet, Morawa, Newman, Paraburdoo, Wiluna and Warburton.
    
    The next heatwave warning will be issued by 2:00pm WST on Tuesday 04 February 2025
