Anzac Day dawn service weather forecast around Australia
Felix Levesque, 23 April 2025Anzac Day is this Friday, 25 April, so how’s the weather looking around each capital city for those attending the dawn service?
Looking at the synoptic image below, showers and storms are possible over parts of Tasmania and Victoria with a low pressure trough and cold front, and eastern NSW with moist onshore winds. A lesser chance of rainfall is expected over SA and southeast Queensland. High pressure should keep WA’s west on the dry side as well.

Clearer skies with high pressure over WA will bring a chilly dawn service, while increased humidity and cloud cover over southeast Australia should keep temperatures on the milder side.
