    QUILPIE LIKELY TO PEAK CLOSE TO THE MINOR FLOOD LEVEL OVERNIGHT MONDAY INTO TUESDAY
     Moderate to heavy rainfall last Wednesday over the upper Bulloo River catchment has caused river and creek level rises.
     The flood peak is currently between Milroy and Quilpie. A peak close to the minor flood level is likely at Quilpie overnight Monday into Tuesday.
     Further shower and thunderstorm activity from mid-week may cause renewed river and creek level rises. The situation will be closely monitored and flood warnings updated as required.
    
    Bulloo River to Quilpie:
    A peak close to the minor flood level is likely along the Bulloo River at Quilpie.
    The Bulloo River at Quilpie is currently at 2.67 metres and rising, below the minor flood level (3.00 m).
    The Bulloo River at Quilpie is likely to peak close to the minor flood level (3.00 m) overnight Monday into Tuesday.
    
    Bulloo River downstream of Quilpie:
    River level rises will extend downstream from Quilpie over the next few days.
